So your saying your fixed now? If not that is all I can suggest is to hold down the 2 buttons for 30sec. or until it shows the Apple symbol, then plug it in to your docking system or plug it into the computer tower via usb cord until it kicks itself back on.

    DFU!

Google libUSB and download that. After running it as an administrator put your iPod into DFU mode.

    1)Install libUSB
    2)Start up libUSB
3)Hold the power and home button on your iPod for 10 seconds, then release the power button but continue to hold the home button for another 8 seconds.
    4)Release all buttons.
    5)Plug iPod into computer.
    6)Hit refresh on libUSB.
7)If it recognizes it as Apple iPod (DFU Mode) your all ok

Just restore to factory settings via iTunes.
    Hope this helps.
