I was installing an application from Appstore, when I entered the SBSetting to unhide another app, and in the mix up, the ipod tried to respring and then poof... nothing shows up anymore.

I've tried to restart it but it just reloads and shows the apple logo, then a black screen without any interface, which the iPod restarts by itself.

I NEED HELP, as I do not want to restore, but I can SSH it and go to the directory of the iPod, any suggestions?

If you can SSH in, try to remove the last things you installed and then respring.

In terminal or PuTTy type in these commands in succession:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get remove sbsettings
    killall SpringBoard
I think those are the right commands, if not can someone please correct me.

Damn, I tried to get my iPod to SSH again, but it won't connect anymore.

Only thing working for me so far is i-FunBox.

    Any other suggestions?

    PS: This sucks -.-

You could put it in DFU Mode and then follow this video to get it out of DFU.

Hopefully it boots normally and youll be all set, other than that, try playing around with iFunBox.

For a last resort, I would DFU Restore.
