Just wanted to get some opinions from people regarding the new nano. Now without a widescreen screen its going to be very hard to watch video on it. In fact I don't think it even supports it anymore.

What do people think about this? Personally I don't mind since the screen was to small anyway. But I know others watch videos on it.

true, it's a joke that Apple has two tiny idevices now, instead.

It does mean everybody will buy the touches now. Though I would say people will just buy the Nano over the shuffle now but a 2Gb shuffle for $49? thats pretty impressive.

But yeah, if you go to the 'Compare Models' page, this is the nano description:

Music, audiobooks, podcasts, photos, FM radio, pedometer, Nike + iPod support

    No video.

To be honest it really does feel like two of Apple's design teams came up with two competing designs for the new Shuffle, and Apple couldn't decide which one to go with so released them both with one relabeled as a Nano.
