iPod Nano has a fast charge?

    I checked the Apple site for the comparison of the iPods and I found something interesting. The iPod Nano will have a fast that's faster than the Shuffle which has a smaller battery. I don't know why. See picture.

    Voltages, amperages and the like come into play as well

    Plus as the nano uses the apple dock connector rather than a 3.5mm plug that will also be advantageous

    It probably runs out of battery quickly and charges quickly as well.

    This has got to be the reason. It might also be that Apple allows the Nano to charge faster because it's physically larger, so it likely has better heat dispersing properties.
