So most of the morning i've been playing with my touch, restored 2.0.1 fresh, sync my apps, music.. back to it. Manually added all my settings again. Then I went and brought Bejeweled 2, started playing that, a while later i noticed there was a random clicking sound coming from the iPod. I've had a laptop HD die on me before but its not as bad sounding as that, but its more creaky.

The first thing I checked was that "sound effects" are indeed off. After a while I figured out the back of the iPod's case is making the sound when lightly touched.. I swear this iPod has never been dropped/bumped/knocked into something else in my pocket..etc Its even has a rubber case that's on it 24/7 more for grip then protection but i took that off to make sure.

Anyone else have this problem? My iPod is under warranty until November do you think they will fix it/replace it? Im scared they will just say "you dropped it we dont cover that"

i googled for a while and found a video of someone else has the problem
    youtube.com/watch?v=u70GJhNFVCI

the sound in that is really low though, its clearer/louder in RL.

Unfortunately I cant just sell it and buy a new one or I totally would.
