Ipod keeps saying running out of disk space but i have 12 gb left?

    Ipod keeps saying running out of disk space but i have 12 gb left how can i fix this?

    It is talking about your application space... Since you've download a lot of apps from installer i believe? Go to the ultimate guide and find how to get more application space.

    i did what was in the ultimate guide but how do i no if it worked because i cant see the left over memory in installer.

    I just did the linux version that was posted on Wiki, and I'm still getting the same error message that states that I'm running out of space, delete pics, etc...

    Now, when I look through the device using WinSCP, I can see the backup application dir, I see the link for the application into the 16gb drive, but it still is reading as though I have no space left... I'm going to move the application.backup folder (maybe it's reading that one instead somehow) but I do still get that it's full...

    I followed the steps exactly without any problem, the link is there, I rebooted, etc.
    I'm totally open to suggestions

    Sorry - I'm a dolt. It was corrected after I removed/moved the application.backup folder from root.
