    SOLUTION:

All I did after my 8th restore, was set up my iPod as a new iPod instead of a backup.
Apps installed faster, music went on quicker, no crashes (yet) be back with more news in a sec.

My iPod keeps on getting the SWOD...
I restore, sync, and half way through, it freezes iTunes and I get the SWOD on my iPod's sceen.

I've restored 5 times now and I'm looking for a friendly solution.
    Anyone? :\

    Ok.

If it fails try force restore by turning on, pressing hold+sleep until itunes doesn't recognize it, and when it re-recognizes it let go of the home button and iTunes will restore as new iPod.

If that fails try pressing shift+restore and download 2.0 off google and selecting that.

If both of those options fail, i dunno.
