    over night it started to act like dis last night

    bricked=unusuable, unfixable. In simpler terms, your iPod is now useless.

    Before we are all 100% sure your itouch is bricked, what was the last thing you did on your itouch before it wouldn't turn on?

    If it won't turn on no matter what you try, take it to Apple. If they can do anything, they will, if not, you'll get a new one.

    unless of course he jailbroke it, which would void the warranty. hes gotta restore in order to get rid of the jailbreak, but if he cant turn it on, he will have a problem w/ that. of course, if no one can get it to turn on, the apple people wont be able to prove its jailbroken.

    but do a search on what to do. chances are it isnt bricked....
