This is my second iPod touch that's had this problem only this one is out of warrenty. Pretty much if I push the Jack towwards the front it cuts out in the left ear and looses some sound. It's not the headphones. I found a replacement Jack for 4$ on eBay and my dad knows how to open my iPod with suction cups. I'm just wondering once it's opened up and we have the replacement Jack, how will we replace it? Are there any guides specificaly for this? I can't find any. Or any other tips for fixing this? I can't stand this problem any longer! Thanks.

I found a local shop that does it for 50$. Wish I could go watch them.
