The load animation continues to spin.

I had just updated some essential stuff (Mobile substrate, cydia installer and stuff), and it installed fine. However, the screen became unresponsive after tapping "Reload Springboard".

    - None of the hard buttons work, either.
    - iTunes doesn't fix it.
    - I'm thinking I'll let the battery die, and see if that fixes it, rather than restoring (I don't think I have any backup options at this point, but I'll try.)

If there's any solution or help for a similar problem, I'd be very grateful.

    Thank you
    - Coke

had the exact same problem this morning mate

all i did, was to hold the lock button and the home button down for around 5 or 6 seconds

that should reboot the ipod and the loading screen will come up, may take longer than usual though!!

    hope it helps for you

"Reload SpringBoard" stuck? Reboot. The jailbreak Illuminati chose "risk of harmless stuck" over "forced reboot" due to tethered jailbreaks. And like azaking said, the boot will take forever, like 15 minutes. But it will boot.

Haha, I never did a hard reboot. All I ever did was soft shutdowns and DFU mode. I forgot about that option

    Thanks all
