iPod doesn't show up in iTunes or Tinyumbrella

    So my iPod is in recovery like when you get it new (Can take screenshots, shows battery etc) And shows up in windows 7 64 bit as a camera but not in itunes or anything else, I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and everything but nothing helps..

    Well I've tried that but it wouldn't restore (error 1611) I needed to use another comp

    Yeah, I think it's the WWindows 7 giving it the problem.

    This is a very weird case. I can't believe I'm saying this, but call Apple.

    Anyways, good luck with whatever you decide to do, I'll keep posting my guesses on how to fix it later on as I find 'em, lol.

    Thanks, it shouldn't be a problem, incidently, what caused it was editing a .plist without a plist editor and accidently saving it. Apparantly that's a bad idea. Maybe I finally managed to brick it, LOL
