SSH to /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/[THEME NAME], then place the image you want for your dock (named Dock.png) in your theme's folder and respring.

do you have winterboard installed? Its required to theme

Please Register or Log in to view images

    [as awal1190 stated]
create a folder named MyDock in /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/ (the xxxxxx is a number...) name your 320x91 png image Dock.png and save it in your new folder
(or Create a sub folder called Folders and another in that called Springboard.app then name your image SBDockBG.png lol)

then go into winterboard and pick MyTheme

You might be interested in my ThemeCreator app - It helps you create your own theme by letting you see before going through the whole upload respring. (Link in sig)
