do not install the dock app, it is useless. and it screws up your ipod. after you install it, the next time you try to boot up your ipod, it will not work, the only ways to fix this problem is by either restoring, or ssh'ing in and delteing the dock folder from * i cant remeber where, but youll be able to find it*
    i think it is, /usr/stash/

huh? I love dock! I've never had a singe problem with it, and this is with 4 different jailbreaks! (which were not because of dock)

its especially useful if you mess up and your icons get hidden, use dock to launch poof or customize!

if you REALLY want to remove dock iI believe the folder is usr/bin/local/dock

but dock doesnt cause any problems, I'm not sure what happened to carpz but I've never heard of any dock problems from anyone...

    what??
dock never gave me any problems.
its dead useful when you have many apps in categories and you dont want to keep opening folders.

Dock is an awesome app. Think about it. Its one of a kind seeing as where it is located. I think you should install it and also install something like killboard or respring, to prevent the screen not touch sensitive.
