so my itouch is disabled and i cannot restore it cause the computer it was originally synced in is gone. What i meant by "gone" is that i had to replace my hardrive and i brought it to best buy but they didn't look at it and just told me to go back home.

It doesn't tell me the time it will be disabled but it tells me to connect it to Itunes but the Itunes has to be from my "original" computer hardrive

You need to DFU to bypass the lockscreen. (personal idiotic friend experience)

hold home and power for 7 seconds then just home for 7 seconds
if the screen remains black after this, you have you ipod in dfu mode
the password won't be a problem anymore once you do this and restore
