    Sup guys,

I updated to 3.0 recently and I've realised my iPod controls don't work

What could be the problem? I have it on, I'm 100% sure, lol.

    Thanks

Are you playing music while trying to bring up the controls? They won't come up otherwise.

Yeah obviously man, lol. Music's playing. (My double click home button feature is set to open music, and it just opens my music up rather than the controls)

I had double click to open music on 2.2 as well, but when music was playing, the controls would come up. Either way, on 3.0 I changed the double click to go to Home, Favourites etc. just to see if it makes a difference but nope

    .

If music is playing, and I double click, it will just go to what I've set it to. Even though iPod controls is on.

maybe its because of the theme (some part of your theme)... i had this problem while using the theme i had for my 2.2.1 ... when i changed my theme to another one that's been recently released, i was able to do it again... try a different theme.. or disabling winterboard to see if its still there.

Nah man, it didn't make a difference

Themes shouldn't really affect it really, I mean, I had the same EXACT theme applied when I was 2.2 and it was fine. I just want to find a solution!

Go into settings and change what you want the double tap home command to perform. You have it set up to open up your mobilemusicplayer app. There should be an option to just set it up to open the controls

there were some problems with mine... the lockscreen i used in 2.2.1 didn't work in 3.0; also, this one... maybe its just a coincidence that it worked when i didn't use the theme I used on 2.2.1
