Ipod connected to Home theatre !

    I would like to connect my Ipod Touch in my sound system (First gen - no speaker). What kind of connecting wire would I need ?
    (Home theatre system - Sony)

    usually you will need an RCA 3 mm jack to an RCA red and white connection.

    however if your home theater doesn't support RCA red and white, then get an auxiliary jack cable.

    if you did not upgrade to 3.0, then I would say to try the rocketfish cables, they are less than $10 on e-bay. you can get either component or composite cables.

    otherwise, you can get apple's cable for $50.
