My Ipod Classic is not allowing a shift-click restore in iTunes, and when I click regular restore, it says it can't find the firmware, even though it is in the correct folder along with my iPod touch firmwares. So...any advice?

redownload the firmware directly from apple and try to restore and if that doesnt work get it from some site and put it in the ipod firmware folder ( wherever that is)

How do I go about redownloading it from apple? Their site? Because it's not anywhere in iTunes.

Funny, because that's exactly what I did, put it in the folder with the rest of the firmwares, restarted iTunes, and...nothing. So...
