Hi i've had this thought for a while now and I think that if someone was to produce an application in which you can control your music as if you were controlling an iPod Classic with the circular scroll and that it could turn into a very good app. Maybe even have different types of iPod e.g. Nano 3G or 4G and different colours aswell. The app could access the music on the iPod Touch or iPhone and you'd scroll in a circular motion like you do on the old iPods. Any thoughts? This can be a Jailbroken app or an App Store app

I'm thinking the same thing. I believe there was a app like this before. Just was discontinued. I would do it in a heartbeat but...
    -No Obj-C knowledge
-No program to create apps for windows

Gee, that sounds like a good idea, and with the new MusicPlayer frameworks, it would be even easier.

I might give it a shot, but don't expect it soon

Lol, what do you know? I just wrote a Click Wheel that works great.

It doesn't have all the features of an iPod (choosing song, etc) yet, and it might not have them, because I didn't see a way to access all the Library with the public frameworks... But I might make an iPod Classic -like media player controller
