ipod battery

    my ipod touch battery dies after like an hour of being used, after it was fully charged. how can i fix this?

    An hour? That could be a problem. But if you're exagerating, change the little things like brightness. My brightness is probably at about 30-40%

    I also recently figured out a great tip. If you just hold the home button down for like 5-10 seconds it closes all background apps that aren't being used. It's easiest to tell when it works if you have an app open, as it'll return to the springboard when its done.

    True, I don't just click on it, I always hold it to exit out.

    most likely a crappy battery, apple will put a new one in for you....(actually they will just send you a new ipod)..but they say they will put a new one in.

    I had that problem. The guy at the Apple Store told me that I should shut off the wi-fi when not using it. He said that takes a lot of power. Without it on I get many hours of use.
