My battery meter is off for some reason. Sometimes it will be low at red and go back up to green. Also it says 20% battery left then 20 minutes later it will say it again even though I'm on safari. Is my battery messed up?

I will sometimes do that, and what do you mean it's "off"?

I mean the battery meter is not displaying the correct battery life sometimes.

I have the numeric one... I've seen it fluctuate from 100% down to 80%, back up to 90%..

It depends on the amount of use. If you've been playing a game for a long time, it will probably go down fast. Then, when you're using an application that's not as battery intensive, it will fluctuate back up again. This is based on the ability which Lithium Ion batteries being able to "regenerate" after prolonged use.

Sometimes it may depend on what you are doing e.g. Playing a game will use up more battery life than listening to music while on lock. It changes the reading because it estimates how much more battery will be required to listen to music or use safari.
(Damn, Ipwnnubletz beat me to it lol.)

Yeah that happens to me as well. It'll fully charge and i'll unplug it and the battery will be 92% and then slowly go up to 100% lol.
