My iPod is a little sluggish at times, is there any way I can speed it up? Some examples include typing in Safari and just launching applications (even simple ones such as Settings or Music) from Springboard. There isn't really any themes running at the moment or memory hogging apps (I don't think) running in the background, so I don't see any reason why it would run slowly.

if it is jailbroken and you have alot of jailbroken apps
then that would be your problem if you want an ipod touch with full speed remove some apps
or just restore your ipod back to a non-jailbroken state

    Hmmmm...

If anyone else is having this problem, I turned off SSH and it seems to go normal speed now.

Jail-broken iPod Touch slows down with the Apps?

I always thought the reason for the slow down and sluggish speeds would be due to having a bunch of Apps running at the same time or turned on, so to speak.
