ipod 2g cannot pair with any device

    its an amazing sh*t really. i have so many bluetooth device in the office and NONE of them manage a successful pair!

    Treo 750 doesn't get discovered
    Nokia phone doesn't get discovered
    Laptops doesn't get discovered.

    only windows 7 pcs get discovered. but cannot connect to it as drivers are not updated.

    how do you get these things to work if they couldnt even get paired.

    all my bluetooth stuff can par but wont connect it found my mac mini and my cell phone and my macbook it also found my bluetooth ear piece that one pared though

    Even if you get them paired, you won't be able to do anything.

    Until the jailbreak comes out (and hopefully a Cydia app that enables file transfer and stuff over Bluetooth) the only thing you can do with Bluetooth is use wireless headphones and play games with a friend without Wi-Fi.

    it sucks i can get my bluetooth ear piece i use for my cellphone to par with my mac mini to use as a headphone but i cant with my ipod touch booo lol

    All i can do is connect to my cell phone...but do nothing with it. bluetooth internet wouldve been awesome...

    ya that will be cool if you can par with your cell phone and use the cell network to connect to the internet from your ipod

    Try having your phone find and connect to your ipod versus the other way around. thats how i got them to connect. Ipod didnt find phone, but phone found ipod. strange.
