I found this tutorial lying around internet. I've tried with both my ipod touch second generation and my brother's first generation Ipod touch (both in Vista Home Premium SP2). I know some people are experiencing some problems with both Redsn0w and the Ipod boot process. To all of them, I was having the same problem until I followed this tutorial. I think it has something to do to first having the Ipod upgraded trough Itunes before applying redsn0w.

I know there’s already a tutorial, but this one has pictures and a more detailed explanation (n00b proof). I copied it because the original has download links to the firmware which is not allowed here.

Pictures of the result (jailbroken Ipod Touch), with bluetooth working properly with a paired set of headphones.

There is an EXTREMELY easy to use graphical user interface on that link I posted. No need for lengthy tutorials.

Look at the screenshots. Its the same GUI. Its just a tutorial for people who really have no clue what they are doing.

    That's exactly right.
This is just a step by step guide, and at the same time answer some basic and common questions.

Ok man; Go complaint your mom about it or go scream it in the street.
There's no need to be so distressed about this. I'm most sure this will help some users and it will avoid some spam questions from some new users.

    This.

Honestly people who can't even figure out how to do the most basic things should not be messing around with jailbreaking and the such.
