Hello, my jailbreaked 1.1.3 ipod touch today went into recovery mode while i was playing tap tap revolution. This has never happened to me before. I read in the forums that ibrickr can shift my touch back into normal mode but it didnt work. I got the red screen and all but it just restarted back into recovery mode. I was wondering is there any other apps i can try to force the touch to go back to normal? And my other question is if i downgrade to an earlier firmware do i lose all my songs on my ipod? Thanks in advance.

erm, yes you lose all your songs, but if you have them backed-up on your computer, you can sync them back on. same thing happens if you upgrade i think

Don't just say "it doesn't work".

    Give more detail.

Holy Hell. Try ZiPhone 2.4. not 4.6. We will probably never see a ZiPhone 4.6.

Okay there is a simple way to fix this just go download ZiPhone 2.4 and under the advanced options it gives you the option for normal mode witch exits recovery mode.

Sometimes it doesn't work. I use the TouchFree JailBreak program.
