I'm running iPhysics on an iPod Touch with firmware 1.1.3. While playing with iPhysics I pressed the Sleep/wake button (wanting to sleep my iPod to continue playing later). The screen dimmed and nothing happened. Now the screen doesn't respond, the Home button doesn't work and pressing/holding the Sleep/wake button (to reboot) doesn't do anything. I tried SSH'ing through the wifi but that is not working either. So, I'm waiting for I don't know how many hours for the battery to run down so I can reboot.

Is there any way I can get my iPod back before tomorrow?

For obvious reasons I can't tell which version of iPhysics I'm running or which levelpack (I installed the package that contains all levels) but it's the level where you have the ball on the bottom left on green crayon, the square on the top right floating over a sort of circular ramp (like a mesa).

If you can't reboot normally, hold down the power and home buttons until the ipod turns off. Then release both buttons and turn on as normal.

Now I can tell it's iPhysics 1.0.1 running the JungZandvliet levelpack.

Yeah, this happens with most iPhysics packs on mine as well. I did this right away, just need to remember not to attempt to sleep with iPhysics running...
