Hey guys, I just finished the iPhoner theme that gives you iPhone settings and iPhone apps.

    Here's the installation guide:

Why not just get a texting app and a Voip app, rename them to Text and Phone, then change their app icons. Then you wouldn't get the ugly No Service message in the Carrier area.
Also, why is this in the 3.0 jailbreak area? Isn't this just a theme release?

This is pretty cool. But someone's eventually going to make a theme eliminating all these steps. But good job for doing this.

You can get rid of the "No Service" by doing these steps:

    1. SSH into your ipod
    2. Run this command in the terminal:

    plutil -c xml1 /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj/SpringBoard.strings

    3. SSH to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj,

    4. Copy and Paste SpringBoard.strings, and name it one SpringBoard-2.strings

    5. Open the original in any text editor.

    6. Hit Ctrl + F (Cmd + F for Mac) and search for: No Service
or you can look about 2/5 of the way down where it says:

    <key>NO_SERVICE</key>
    <string>No Service</string>

    7. Delete "NO Service" in between <string></string> , so that it looks like this:

    <key>NO_SERVICE</key>
    <string></string>

This will give you 0 bars, but the bars will show up. To change the signal strength to full, SSH to /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app, and rename Default_5_Bars.png to Default_0_Bars.png

    Also, rename FSO_5_Bars.png to FSO_0_Bars.png

    8. Reboot

    hope this helps
