Hey Guys, I had to remove mywi because it was just not working. So I removed it and resprung. Then it just froze at the spinning wheel and the apple logo. I rebooted the phone and I am now stuck at the apple logo. I've tried to restore back to 4.0 and it says the phone isnt designed for this build. Tried to restore to 4.0.1, gives me an error 1611. Tried though both restore and DFU still nothing. Any ideas?

The restore errors will be due to apple not signing the firmware anymore.

If I've "made my life easier" on cydia, it still wont work? So I guess my only solution is to restore and update to 4.0.2?

Remember you have to change your hosts file if you have your SHSH blobs backed up!

I did change the file hosts, but I am getting error 13 on iTunes.

It seems like you could just restore to the exact same firmware you have if you have the SHSH blobs for it.

Yeah, that what I thought aswell, but when I try 4.0, which I had, it says its not meant for that phone. When I do 4.0.1, It gets to Preparing phone for restore then error 13.

Got it to work, thanks! I had to switch USB ports and use tinyUmbrella too.
