What "area" is that? 3G iPhone is released on July 11th for 22 countries, and the rest receive it after.

If you're not referring to T-Mobile carrying the 3G iPhone in United States, T-Mobile will be carrying the 3G iPhone in three other countries: Germany, Austria and Netherlands.
