Recently my phone has started to drop my wifi. In the settings app it says I am connected to my network but I have no bars. Then sometimes the wifi will pop up randomly and then stop working a few seconds later. Can anyone help?

Perhaps your wifi signal is weak and you're wandering too far from the source...

No it's not because I have put my phone 2 inches from my router and it still isn't working.

I know there were a lot of people having issues with wifi on 3.0 and apple said something about it being the MAC address and that restoring would fix it but I don't know. I haven't had that problem.

    Heres what I did:
    turn off modem and router
on the iPhone go to settings>general(or network)>reset>reset network settings.
Let the iPhone do it's thing.
Once it's back on turn on modem and router.
    Connect to wifi.
