    Hi there.

I have my 1.1.4 JB iphone with about 15-20 apps. I installed some new apps, and they all seemed fine. This evening, I rebooted my iPhone and it kind of ran really slowly (much like a windows crash when you run out of ram).

I then got a wierd message like it could not connect to the network visit apple.com/support.

Basically. While it was going slow i un-installed all of the SMS/MMS related apps and a load of other ones i didnt feel were necessary.

It seems fairly stable now, but I just ran top via PuTTY on my PC, and there are some processes that im not sure i want. This is a dump from TOP. Does all of this look OK? I have highlighted the ones im not sure about in bold.

    Processes: 21 total, 1 running, 20 sleeping... 82 threads 23:28:54

I may just be paranoid now, but thats just me. Im not sure why BTServer is running for example as I have bluetooth turned off on my iphone. Also, im not sure why crashrepor(terd) is still running about an hour after the crash.

If you could give me some info on those processes it would be great. Also let me know if there is anything wierd.

    Thankyou very much in advance.

    Ben

The strange this is it had been working fine.

I have only ever jailbroken it once. So just one restore. I think it may have been a kind of new SMS app I downloaded. Any ideas on any of the processes? Might be good if another iphone owner could show me a dump of the processes running on theirs.

    Cheers

    Ben

If it does it again, the best thing i would do is force reboot it.. even if its "working" but going slow.. It will do a full shut down.. It works for me so you might want to try it.

force reboot: hold down sleep/awake and home button till screen go's black then let go. Restart.
