    The problem is with the sms/mms protocol, not just the phone. These types of attacks can be used on any phone with SMS/MMS. The carriers need to change the way SMS/MMS is handled on their end, before phone manufactures can do anything on their end to fix the problem.

    Its not an iPhone problem its an SMS problem.
