I have a couple questions regarding the SDK in general, no specific version, hope you can answer them.

    1. What languages work?
    2. Do the general coding languages(c++, objective c, ect...) work the same with the iPhone as they do with a computer?
    3. Is coding hard, I'm not planning on making a game, more of a simple entertainment app?

Hope you can answers these questions for me.

The primary language for iPhone application development is Objective-C.

Most of the stuff from OS X is available (in a slightly modified form) on the iPhone.

Programming is as challenging as you make it. You could do a copy-and-paste job and submit that to the App Store and make a few penies, or you could actually spend some time making something people will want to buy.

So if i learn objective c, modifying it to the iPhone platform won't be difficult or much work?

Also, what are my chances of my iPhone app getting purchased, will it or not?

Also, is objective c Mac only or does it work on other OS's?
