Did you try syncing multiple times and it crashed?

as soon as i plug into itunes, it goes into sync, in itunes at the top it says 'verifying iPhone'

then it get a message saying its crashed, and its caused me to have 4GB of 'other' now... and i have no space left :/

i re-installed itunes, restore iPhone, tried re-downloaidng firmware, de-athourised/authorised my pc.

    No luck :/

Call Apple Tech support? That, or try another USB port.
