My friend at school had and iPhone, and I asked to see it, to see whether it was jailbroken or not. Pressed the power button, and the lockscreen was negative! I assumed it was some sort of jailbreak toy she downloaded. I proceeded to unlock it and search for Cydia. It wasn't there. I asked her if it was jailbroken, and it wasn't. I asked her about the negative colour effect. She took the iPhone from me and pressed the home button 4 times. The negative colour disappeared! She pressed the home button 4 (or was it 3?) times rapidly again, and it went back to the negative. I asked her how???? She simply replied, "I set it like that" and walked away. Is there something I'm missing? Cause this was pretty bizarre to me, I'd never heard of this.

Settings > General > Accessibility > White on Black and you can set it to be turned on and off with Triple-click Home.

On iPhone, it's called Accessibility. But yeah, performs the same way on Mac's Universal Access. There's zoom, mono audio, white on black, and voice over.
