    Hey Guys :

Here are a few of my iPhone Issues, I have iPhone 2G 8Gb iPhone Firmware 2.2 Jailbroken and Unlocked with QuickPwn 2.2.5. Cydia installed, I have patched installer file so I can install the many IPA files I got, all is ok on this end.

I do not have Wi-Fi so I get *.deb files from internet and copy them to /private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall/ directory with DiskAid, they appear installed in Cydia, but icons don't show on SpringBoard, so I try uninstalling a package with Cydia to have it restart SpringBoard, only to find out that the Cydia Icon disappeared

So people what am I to do to make Cydia *.deb files work ? I cannot afford Wi-Fi, plus my internet is from a USB wireless modem

    Please help meeeeeeeeeeee !!!!!!!!!!!

You have to use the dpkg -i command in terminal. Look in the thread in my sig for a short description on how to do this.
