iPhone ISPW on iTouch

    i think that yes you'd be able to install it but then you'd be left with phone, sms, camera that dont work and you cant get rid of them unless you restore to a ipod fw

    been there, done that - failed. it tells you its the wrong firmware when it is done extracting...

    never will work. they are two totally different firmwares.

    I don't see the point, either. Even if you did manage to get it installed, you would have some extra apps and settings that don't work because the hardware isn't there.

    therefore...

    (iphone IPSW = ipod otuch IPSW) = no.
