So, about 7 hours ago I decided to download itypefastR from cydia, and once it finished I pressed Reboot Springboard. [Yes, I did download the 3.0+ version] From then until now, my iPhone is completely frozen and the spinning wheel still keeps running. I have tried to go to the springboard, reboot, even DFU mode. None of them worked. Although at the bottom, it says "software installed successfully." And I did search, but all I got was an old thread from the 1.x.x days about an iPod Touch.

Any ideas on what I should do?

Are you sure you did DFU correctly? Should fix it.

SSH into the iPhone, find the package name with dpkg -l, and delete the package with dpkg -r package_name. Alternatively, you could try to directly delete the dylib in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ with iFunbox.
