Alright so I've used iPhone Explorer before to get onto my iPod Touch. My only problem now is that iPhone Explorer won't run.

When I double click on it for the program to run, I get the hourglass with my cursor that indicates something it loading. Then, for some reason, nothing happens and the hourglass disappears.

I've gone into the task manager into the "Processes" tab, and it says that iPhone Explorer is running. But I don't have it open as a window or anything and I can't seem to get onto it.

    Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

Quit the process and then run it again.

I've tired re-installing it many times before.

And as for quitting the process and then running it again, I am assuming you mean quit the process for the iPhone Explorer, right? If so, I've done that and it still won't work.

Lol, why did I even ask that.. you said you opened Task Manager.. Anyways, I'm not sure why it's not working, but try iPhone Folders, hopefully that'll work.

    Thanks.

I'll try out iPhone Folders and see what happens.

Alright so iPhone Folders runs just fine, but the problem is that when I click on "Unknown device" (that's what my iPod Touch is being listed as, I assume?) and I get an error message that says:

"Can't resolve device handle (_GetPathQuick failed to find phone with serial "). Sorry...Connected devices are: "
