once you jailbreak, can you buy the apps again? or will that delete the jailbreak?

Just wait for the apps to get on the installer.

well how long would that take then? cuz im on 1.1.3 with the apps, and i havent downgraded yet for 2 main reasons:
1.dont know if the iphone apps, webclips, and springboard arrangement will stay or if i need to buy it again and risk unjailbreakage, or if i have to wait for it to get on installer.
2.many apps dont work yet anyway

Your itunes knows that you have paid for the apps. If you screw your ipod up and restore into 1.1.3, the apps will be there because you bought them for that ipod (it knows through the serial number).
