    ok i dont no if this has been mentioned yet but here goes

    do u guys remember the rumors way back

    about the new iphone having an apple logo on the back that would light up

    well on the i am t-pain promotion video on youtube it shows an iphone with a lighted up apple logo

    I'm pretty sure it's the light's reflection.

    Yeah the battery would die in no time.

    It's hard enough on the battery powering the front display, why would they suck off the battery with a glowing Apple on the back? What good's that gonna do? It's stupid.

    The apple light logo on macbook's is powered from the screen well it's actually the back side of the LCD screen with some of the reflector removed, So no power loss if they could do something similar.

    The Mac Book also has a lot better battery, and with that said more room for things like that. It's not needed on the iPhone... It's a waste of resources, battery resources.

    That wouldn't work with an iPhone because the memory and processor and stuff are in between the screen and the back.

    Everything's inside the iPhone, your right. HDD, processor, everything.... No room, they'd up the size, which would make it basically a portable PC.
