I would like to connect 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time to my iphone 5 or ipod touch 5? How do I do this? I want to use my Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth headset with my apple device. The only way I found is to use a 3.5mm Bluetooth transmitter and that is too much trouble to carry all the time. Does apple plan on making the iphone/ipod touch capable of this in the future? Also, is there something in cydia that allows this?

I don't think you can unless using the transmitter, And there's nothing neither on apple's hand or cydia till now.
