It seems according to this image that thr new iPhone might have an A1 processor similar to the ipad, we knew that this OS wouldn't run on the slower processors and I wonder if this is apple hinting that the 4g will have an A1 chip.

Page size? It does say sheet above it. A1 is a big piece of paper, same size as 4 sheets of A3

Why would they put that on a blueprint sheet?

I think everyone is thinking too much about the 4g. They see a number and assume it's for the 4g like Apple is making secret easter eggs along the way of development. I think it's time to wake up, people. Not everything Apple writes down related to the 4g.

    But hold on,

    1) they never put sheet sizes on any of the other ones
    2) the ipad has an A1 chip
    3) that paper Is not nearly big enough to be A1...

The iPad has an A4. The A1 would be slower. Why would they do that?

Because it's a phone and not a (kind of) tablet? That wouldn't require that much speed?

^exacty, and the A1 is still faster than and other iDevice (excluding the iPad)
