    Okay, here's the deal

I bought an iPhone 4 yesterday with iOS 4.1, and now i am trying to downgrade to 4.01 in order to jailbreak. I have the .ipsw and now when i try to restore with itunes 10, it gives me error 3194..

    any solution for this?

Nope. You can't, Apple doesn't allow your iTunes to downgrade your iP4.

No. iTunes asks Apple's Server if it is allowed to downgrade you device and Apple's Server says "No". (Simplified version) - So there is no way getting around it. Just wait for the new Jailbreak tool. It's about to come and will permanentely Jailbreak your iP4.
