    So I have 3 choices -

    1. Get an iPod Touch 32GB for £230
    2. Get an iPod Touch 4G (When Released) that should be about £270
    3. Get a 16gb Hardly Used iPhone 3G with free dock and all original headphones etc for £300.

I am leaning for the iPhone. But I don't know...

The iPhone is an amazing device but with whats going to be offered with never devices, mainly the gorgeous display. If new devices weren't coming out I would definetly go with the iPhone, you truly don't know what you are missing until you own one. But it's only 16gb so I am leaning toward the 4th gen iPod touch whenever that is released.

I no way could afford an iPhone 4. I am sticking to PAYG... No contracts for me. So is a iPhone good enough. I will be upgrading to 4.0 for folders and multitasking and everything.

OK. Think I got a 3GS secured on Ebay. So going to update to iOS 4.0 the day it's out. Then wait for a jailbreak. Since I really want the Turn Cellular data off switch.

I don't know if I'd want an iPhone without a data. Kind of defeats the purpose.

But I am on a 500mb a month plan. And when it goes. I need to top up again to get it (On PAYG, Don't like contracts). So need to turn it off until my next top-up. Since I have WiFi anyway.

But I'd have it on when out etc. Also I'm wanting an iPhone mainly for the other features such as Camera,built-in mic, phone, texting etc.

500mb a month should be enough. It wasn't for me at first but I was downloading rom packages and lots of other sh*t, went to 700mb each month for the first 2 months but after that I usually went 200-400mb. You should be fine.

I know. I just mean when it runs out. I only get it for a month, since it's an allowance from O2. I have to top up again to receive it again. So disable cellular Networking while it's not on my account. Otherwise my credit will go so quickly.
