Yeah. I think the solution that comes with it is what makes it stick. So, wash it off and try again.

$29.95? Thats a bit much. Was it fullbody or just the screen? You could try washing it off then apply it again. You won't get a refund/exchange for messing up. Good thing is that it comes with a life time warranty if it ever gets damaged.

The solution doesn't make it stick. WHen you peel off the Zagg you feel it sticking to you, all the solution does is help you align it correctly.

O, I got it for 20 bucks shipped using 50% off code you can get for entering the iPad contest! I like it, but the feeling of the screen isn't as good as the naked feel or the anti glare ones.
Try using their store locator, and pay someone to do it for you because if they do it for you, it makes your life easier! No need to worry!

Put the shield in some solution made of a drop of dish washing solution and water. Then using some tape, tape the dirt and pull up the tape. The tape will lift the dirt and the solution will prevent fingerprints.

If you live in Melbourne I think in some malls with Myers have a Zagg Booths. Also if you live near a Parkmore I seen one there too.
