Does anyone else feel that their iphones become warm while charging, after jailbreaking? Before jailbreaking 4.1, i had 4.0 non-jailbroken and it was fine, no heat issues. Now that i updated to 4.1 and jailbroke with limera1n, it feels hot to the touch when i charge it or when i connect it to the computer! Feels like when i jailbroke with Spirit on 3.1.3!

unjailbreak, or go back to 4.1. It's weird though. And you can't just go to the Apple Store saying:"You see, I jailbroke it and now it gets warm when charging"

Mine got warm. Not hot. But nothing ever happened to it. Make sure you charge it in a place away from a lot of electronics. Make sure there's a good amount of air circulation. All that other stuff.

Mine's warm too but too warm for comfortable use! 4.1 non-jailbroken was fine so i was wondering if the jailbreak is causing this? Non-jailbroken left it at normal temp.

This is a very serious kind of question. The "Egg test" is used test if the issue is cause for concern.
If you are able to fully cook an egg on your charging iPhone in less than 15 minutes, you have a problem. If you iPhone simply becomes covered in wet egg, you know it's okay.
