oooops I upgraded my 3G to 2.2.1 but i restored it back to 2.2 but now i think the baseband is still the same and i cannot unlock! how do it chnage the baseband again?

If I upgrade to 2.2.1 again using the custom firmware file would the baseband change so i can unlock it?

your screwed. There is no way to downgrade even with pwnage and a custom FW. Your stuck with that baseband and no unlock. Hopefully for you the dev team will find a more permanent JB or another exploit in the new BB soon.
