    Why bother releasing a new firmware when you got when coming in a month? It'll come in 4.1.

    I did notice the slow-speed on this. but i restored and rejailbroke. now its normal speed. =)

    although im pretty sure that multitasking is the problem. (i took it off when i jailbroke it the 2nd time)

    Finally! Ive been waiting forever. I hope its instantly jailbreakable and unlockable.

    It is slower I did tests on app launch speeds.

    I hated it until I disabled multitasking, I had to do it manually cuz I didn't wanna restore. It's now manageable but I wish the camera app would open faster, maybe a jailbreak hack can fix that? other than that I'm pleased with it

    I downgraded my old 3G to 3.0 and the speed issues are fixed so I thought I should update again and it still ended up slowing down.

    Maybe.
    The iPhone 3G was underclocked to almost the same speed as the the first iPhone
