I downloaded something from Cydia and now my 3G S lags a little lol, like when opening apps it's not a smooth opening...I uninstalled the last 3 things I remember putting on it before I noticed the lag, soooo idk >.< restore or just wait for 3.1 jailbreak to restore? Opinions?

You should be carefull with what you install in Cydia. Not all have 3GS support. I've seen some things that don't support 3GS and that say you might experience slowdowns. Just restore. Like one man said "It cures everything except cancer"..

Ultimately, the best way to have your iPhone 3GS run at optimal speed is without a jailbreak.

That, and a Restore will obviously fix whatever the problem is.

The more things you have on your iPhone the more it lags.. Especially large plugins that run in the background

jailbreaking slows it down. apps that run in the background, themes, etc. if you want it to be fast, dont jailbreak.
