Do I hear a recall coming? It’s unclear how many iPhone 3G S users are experiencing problems. Based on Apple’s history, a recall could happen. As PC World’s David Coursey wrote, “battery problems are the stuff of which recalls are made and Apple has not been immune from them in the past.”

I'm about to take the case of mine. If it's pink, I won't be happy

Mine gets hot enough for me to feel it [the heat] through my Switcheasy Rebel Rebel case, which as many of you know has two layers, a flexible rubber/silicone and hard plastic.

    haha apple fail.

So are they just going to leave it like that?
Maybe they will resort to underclocking to keep the phone cooler

Mine's only been warm a couple times after some longish game periods (three hours at most). I don't leave the screen on if I don't need it, so I doubt I'll be worrying about this.
